Commonwealth v. Kinsley

By the Court.

The evidence tended to show that the defendant kept and maintained a tenement used for the sale and keeping of intoxicating liquors, the sale and keeping of which were at the times in question prohibited by statute; and was sufficient to warrant the jury in finding a verdict of guilty.

Exceptions overruled.
