Moore v. Lombardi

Per Curiam:

Allen Moore appeals the dismissal of his declaratory judgment petition challenging a parole denial and the procedures used by the Parole Board, including the holding of a parole hearing before he has been provided sex offender treatment. We affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
