ORDER
Daniel Jackson (“Defendant”) appeals his conviction on two counts of the class A felony of Kidnapping and two counts of the unclassified felony of Armed Criminal Action following a jury trial conducted October 7-11, 2002, in the Circuit Court of the City of St. Louis.
Defendant argues that the trial court abused its discretion in denying Defendant’s Motion for Judgment of Acquittal or in the Alternative a New Trial because the State failed to disclose the full extent of its plea bargain with co-defendant and witness Shawn Manning (“Manning”).
