Per Curiam. Steven Balaban, Bismarck, ND, for petitioner and appellant. Nathan K. Madden, Assistant State’s Attorney, Williston, ND, for respondent and appellee; submitted on brief. Toure v. State No. 20200040 Per Curiam. [¶1] Omar Toure appeals from a district court order denying his application for post-conviction relief. Following a post-conviction hearing, the court found Toure failed to demonstrate any prejudice from the alleged errors of his trial counsel and therefore failed to satisfy the Strickland test for ineffective assistance of counsel.
