Claim of Leonescu v. Star Liquor Dealers, Inc.

Reargument directed and case set down for reargument during the November, 1967 session of the Court of Appeals. Upon such reargument, counsel are requested to address themselves to the applicability of the time limit set forth in section 123 of the Workmen’s Compensation Law irrespective of whether the board’s decision in vacating the closing was proper.
