Appeals by the defendant from two judgments of the County Court, Rockland County (Resnik, J.), both rendered August 15, 2002, convicting him of grand larceny in the third degree under Superior Court Information No. 01-00053 and burglary in the third degree under Indictment No. 01-00211, upon his pleas of guilty, and imposing sentences.
