Order granting defendant’s motion for an order directing the City Treasurer to pay to defendant the sum of $5,000; order denying plaintiff’s motion to vacate a default judgment entered in favor of the defendant, and order adjudging plaintiff in contempt of court, unanimously affirmed, with $20 costs and disbursements to the respondent.
