Order appealed from modified so as to eliminate therefrom the words “ and audit ” in the second decretal paragraph; and also by substituting in place of the words “ obtain and ” appearing in said paragraph, the words “be prepared without delay to” and as so modified affirmed, with $20 costs and disbursements to respondent.
