In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the appeal is from a judgment, entered upon a jury’s verdict, in favor of respondent. Respondent was injured when an angle iron attached to a fire escape fell on him because the bolts holding the angle iron were rusty and corroded. Judgment unanimously affirmed, with costs.
