The decision of this court, handed down December 31, 1959 (9 A D 2d 473, 480), is hereby amended, by changing the figure in the last line of the first paragraph thereof from “ $1,487.70 ” to $2,295. Bergan, P. J., Coon, Gibson, Herlihy and Reynolds, JJ., concur.
