Memorandum by the Court. Appeal by relator from a judgment of the Supreme Court, entered August 19, 1969 in Chemung County, dismissing a writ of habeas corpus. The maximum expiration date of relator’s commitment was March 10, 1970 and, accordingly, this appeal must be dismissed as academic. Appeal dismissed, without costs. Herlihy, P.
