People v. Sarlai

Appeal by defendant, as limited by his brief, from a sentence of the Supreme Court, Queens County, imposed November 8, 1978, upon a conviction of endangering the welfare of a child, on his plea of guilty, the sentence being a jail term of one year. Sentence affirmed. No opinion. Gulotta, J. P., Cohalan and Martuscello, JJ., concur.
