—In a negligence action, defendant Larry Klein appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated February 28, 1979, which denied his motion for summary judgment. Order affirmed, with one bill of $50 costs and disbursements payable to defendant Custom Built Home. Remodeling Corporation. Questions of fact are presented which require a trial. Damiani, J.
