Helfant v. New York State Department of Motor Vehicles

Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 to review a determination of the respondent which, after a hearing, revoked petitioner’s driver’s license. Determination confirmed and proceeding dismissed on the merits, with costs. The determination is supported by substantial evidence. Hopkins, J. P., Damiani, Lazer and Cohalan, JJ., concur.
