Judgment, Supreme Court, Bronx County (David Levy, J.), rendered on June 7, 1988, convicting defendant of manslaughter in the first degree and sentencing defendant to an indeterminate term of imprisonment of 4 to 12 years to run concurrently with a one-year sentence imposed on April 19, 1988 for criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, is unanimously affirmed.

Further, defendant was sentenced in accordance with his plea bargain and within statutory guidelines.
