Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Delaware County (Estes, J.), rendered July 18, 1996, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of the crimes of sodomy in the first degree, robbery in the second degree (two counts) and unlawful imprisonment in the first degree.
Pursuant to a plea bargain agreement, defendant pleaded guilty to the crimes of sodomy in the first degree, robbery in the second degree (two counts) and unlawful imprisonment in the first degree and was sentenced to concurrent terms of imprisonment totaling 8⅓ to 25 years. Defendant appeals, contending that his aggregate sentence was harsh and excessive. We disagree.
