concur. Ordered that the judgment is modified, on the law, by reducing defendant’s conviction of criminal possession of stolen property in the third degree under count 10 of the indictment to criminal possession of stolen property in the fifth degree; vacate the sentence imposed on said conviction and matter remitted to the County Court of Sullivan County for resentencing; and, as so modified, affirmed.
