In a proceeding under article 78 of the Civil Practice Act to review a determination of the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Rockville Centre, which denied appellant’s petition for a variance, final order dismissing the petition on the merits unanimously affirmed, with $50 costs and disbursements.
