Order unanimously modified to permit appellant to file an amended bill of particulars in which she should specify the State in which the marriage was entered into and any other- States in which she claims the deceased held her out to be his wife and cohabited with her, and as so modified affirmed, with $20 costs and disbursements to the appellant.
