People v. Altman

Judgment of thé Court of Special Sessions of the City of New York, Borough of Brooklyn, convicting defendant of violation of section 2040 of the Penal Law (willful failure to furnish heat and hot water in a thirty-two-family apartment house), and order denying defendant’s motion for a new trial, unanimously affirmed.
