Weil v. City of New York

Judgment, entered on the verdict of a jury in favor of plaintiffs, for damages resulting from personal injuries sustained by the infant plaintiff, who slipped and fell upon oil or grease in a roadway, where she was compelled to walk because of the long continued obstruction of the sidewalk, unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Hagarty, Acting P. J., Carswell, J ohnston and Sneed, J J.; Nolan, J., not voting.
