Kass v. Estate of Coe

Action by plaintiff wife to recover damages for personal injuries sustained as a result of the alleged negligence of defendant in failing properly to maintain a stairway, whereby she slipped and fell thereon, and by her husband for expenses and loss of services. Judgment dismissing the complaint unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Hagarty, Acting P. J., Carswell, Adel and Sneed, JJ.; Nolan, J., not voting.
