DePhillippi v. Hakoun

Order setting aside verdict and granting a new trial unanimously affirmed both on the appeal of the plaintiff and the appeal of defendant Hakoun, with costs to defendant Charles & Company against the plaintiff, and with costs to the plaintiff as against defendant Hakoun.
