Kahn v. J. C. Management Corp.

Action by plaintiff upon two contracts for the sale of coal to the respondent. Respondent interposed two defenses and counterclaims. Judgment dismissing the complaint on the merits and granting respondent an award on its counterclaims, unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Hagarty, Acting P.
