Cohen v. Fellerman

Judgment modified by deducting from the amount thereof the sum of $2,000, the extra allowance granted to respondent; and as so modified unanimously affirmed, without costs. This court is of opinion that the case was neither difficult nor extraordinary, and, therefore, an extra allowance should not have been granted. Present.— Kelly, P.
