Judgments reversed, on the facts, and new trial granted, with costs, in one action, to the appellant to abide the event, on the ground that the verdict is against the weight of the evidence on the question of the defect in the steps. Van Kirk, P. J., Hinman, Davis, Hill and Hasbrouek, JJ., concur.
