Judgment and order affirmed, with costs. Davis, Hill and Hasbrouek, JJ., concur; Van Kirk, P. J., and Hinman, J., dissent, and vote for a reversal and a new trial, on the ground that the verdict is against the weight of the evidence, and that there was error in the charge in refusing to charge, as requested, in reference to the fifty shares of common stock.
