In an action to foreclose mechanic’s liens, judgment in plaintiff’s favor, holding the liens valid and enforeible, decreeing the amount due thereon, directing foreclosure and sale, and dismissing on the merits counterclaims alleged in appellant’s answer, unanimously affirmed, with costs.
