In an action for an injunction, a declaratory judgment and for damages based on an alleged wrongful eviction, order granting motion of defendants to dismiss the first three causes of action of the amended complaint herein, and to cancel a Us pendens, affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Nolan, P. J., Carswell, Adel, Wenzel and MacCrate, JJ., concur.
