People v. Resnick

Judgment unanimously reversed, the fine remitted and the information dismissed upon the ground that the slips constituting evidence of bookmaking were not sufficiently identified with defendant to sustain the conviction. Present — Peek, P. J., Cohn, Callahan and Van Yoorhis, JJ.
