Judgment of the Court of Special Sessions of the City of New York, Borough of Richmond, convicting defendant of a violation of section 1846 of the Penal Law (impersonating a police officer), reversed on the law and the facts, and the information dismissed. The proof was insufficient to establish defendant’s guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. Nolan, P. J., Carswell, Adel, MacCrate and Schmidt, JJ., concur.
