Stiles Building Corp. v. Baisley Lumber Corp.

In an action to recover damages for breach of contract arising out of the seller’s failure to make deliveries of lumber as required by the contract, defendant appeals from a judgment, entered on the verdict of a jury in favor of plaintiff, for $9,463.50.
