Judgment and order of the Municipal Court affirmed, with costs,-as to defendant the City of New York, and judgment and order reversed and complaint dismissed as to defendant the City and Suburban Homes Company, without costs. No opinion. Jenks, P. J., Thomas, Carr, Woodward and Rich, JJ., concurred.
