Order reversed upon the facts, with ten dollars costs and disbursements, and motion denied, with ten dollars costs, upon the ground that there is no proof that the judgment debtor willfuEy gave any false testimony or evaded answering any question, or that any right of the judgment creditor was defeated, impaired, impeded or prejudiced. (Judiciary Law, § 753.) Rich, Kelly, Jaycox, Manning and Young, JJ., concur.
