Chleboski v. Wardynski

Judgment and order reversed on the law, and new trial granted, with costs to appellant to abide event. Held, that the court committed reversible error in refusing to receive the evidence of the witness Baker, an attorney, upon the ground that it was a privileged communication. All concur.
