Motion for stay granted upon condition that defendant Tonson Realty Corporation, within five days from the entry of the order herein, file an undertaking with corporate surety in the sum of $5,000 to secure plaintiff from any loss resulting from the delay; otherwise, motion denied, with ten dollars costs.
