Motion for reargument granted, and upon reargument order granting substitution of attorneys upon terms modified so as to provide that the former attorney be granted leave to withdraw his brief and that he have a hen on the papers in his possession belonging to the relator for the sum of $250, to be paid to him upon the turning over of such papers to appellant. Kapper, Hagarty, Seeger and Carswell, JJ., concur; Lazansky, P. J., dissents.
