Clark v. Midtown Homes, Inc.

In an action by a wife to recover damages for personal injuries sustained when she tripped and fell on a stairway in a house which she was invited to inspect, and by her husband for loss of services and expenses, judgment for plaintiffs unanimously affirmed, with costs.
