Order reversed on the law, with ten dollars costs and disbursements, and motion denied, without costs, on the ground that the plaintiff did not make a sufficient showing to entitle it to summary judgment. All concur. (The order strikes out defendant’s answer and awards plaintiff summary judgment in an action by an assignee to foreclose a mortgage.) Present — Cunningham, P.
