Tibbetts v. New York Trust Co.

Action to recover damages for the death of plaintiff’s intestate as the result of alleged negligence in failing to provide her with proper medical aid. On appeal by plaintiff from judgment in favor of respondents dismissing the complaint, judgment unanimously affirmed, without costs. No opinion. Present — Close, P.
