Spang v. Zimmerman

Order reversed on the law, with ten dollars costs and disbursements and motion denied, with ten dollars costs. The allegations of the complaint fully advised defendant why the taking and sale of the chattels were unlawful. All concur. Present — Hubbs, P. J., Clark, Crouch, Taylor and Sawyer, JJ.
