Mayer v. McKeever

Order reversed on the law, with ten dollars costs and disbursements, and motion to vacate the warrant of attachment denied, with ten dollars costs. In our opinion the papers upon which the warrant of attachment was issued were sufficient to give the court jurisdiction. Lazansky, P. J., Young, Scudder. Tompkins and Davis, JJ., concur.
