State ex rel. Sands v. Court of Common Pleas Judge

On consideration of appellant's motion informing the Supreme Court that appellant "has never received the State's Brief," motion to strike appellee's merit brief, and second request for extension of time to file a reply brief. Motions and request denied. Appellee shall serve his merit brief on appellant and appellant shall file his reply brief no later than March 26, 2018.
