In the Matter of Hayner, Unpublished Decision (10-27-2003)

{¶ 1} Appellant's Third Assignment of Error is sustained¹ for the reason that MCJFS failed to comply with the time limits imposed by statute.

{¶ 2} Appellant's First and Second Assignments of Error are overruled as moot.

{¶ 3} The judgment of the trial court is reversed as to the Third Assignment of Error.
