State v. Campbell, Unpublished Decision (8-25-2003)

¶ 1 Although I do not disagree with the majority's analysis of the merits of appellant's sole assignment of error, nevertheless I respectfully dissent from the majority disposition of this appeal.

{¶ 2} I would dismiss appellant's appeal for want of jurisdiction based upon State v. Andrukat, Stark App. No. 2001CA00324,2002-Ohio-1862.
