OPINION — AG — (1) THE ATTORNEY GENERAL HAS CONSISTENTLY HELD THAT TRAVEL BY PUBLIC OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES FROM THEIR HOMES TO THE PLACES WHERE THEIR DUTIES ARE TO BE PERFORMED (THEIR "OFFICIAL STATION") AND BACK TO THEIR HOMES IS NOT A REIMBURSABLE EXPENSE. THE REASONS FOR THIS RULE AND THE POSSIBLE EXCEPTIONS THERETO ARE INDICATED IN THE OPINION NO. 65-332. (BURCK BAILEY)
