OPINION — AG — IF A MEMBER OF A LOCAL BOARD OF EDUCATION MOVES FROM A WARD TO AN OUTLYING DISTRICT IN WHICH ANOTHER BOARD MEMBER RESIDES, THE BOARD MEMBER CHANGING HIS RESIDENCE VACATES HIS POSITION IPSO FACTO.
