Concurring Opinion by
I concur in the result reached by Chief Justice Bell, because I believe that unless the M’Naghten rule is discarded or amended (which neither the view of the majority, nor that of the dissent would require) the expert psychiatric testimony offered is properly ex-cludable as irrelevant. In my view, therefore, the competency of such expert witness is not in issue.
