This case is again before us on a petition for a rehearing, in which the defendant Oil Company insists that the Public Acts of 1937, Chapter 69, is unconstitutional.
We held in our original opinion that our Supreme Court had settled this question and had held that the Act was constitutional in the case of Rust v. Griggs, 172Tenn.565,113S.W.2d733, which opinion is binding on us. The petition for a rehearing is therefore denied.
