[3] Upon a more thorough consideration, we are of opinion that we were in error in affirming this case, and that the requested charge of appellant, to the effect requesting the jury to bring in a verdict for $61.25 in favor of the appellees, should have been given, and that there was error in the lower court taking the case from,the consideration of the jury. Therefore the motion for rehearing is granted, and the judgment is reformed, and will be that the appellees recover of appellants the sum of $61.25 and all costs.
